This Customer Service Agreement (" Agreement ") is an agreement between Sadiq(" We ","us",or"our") and you who are a user of our Services. This Agreement governs your use of our Services (the "Services").
By registering and using our services, you agree to all of the terms of this Agreement. We shall amend this agreement from time to time. At Sadiq, there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. If you do not agree to all or part of these terms, you will not be allowed to use all Sadiq services (e.g., create and upload UGC information).
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Sadiq Service. Sadiq has no control over, and no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party website. In addition, Sadiq does not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third party website. We are not liable for any damages, claims or other liability arising out of or in connection with your use of any third party website.
Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service, we grant you a license to use the Service, provided that:
(1)Your permission to use the Service is for your personal and non-commercial use only;
(2)You may not copy, transfer, access, copy or distribute any part of the Service in any media without our written authorization;
(3)You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, change or modify any part of the Services;
(4)You will comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.
Sadiq owns all text, scripts, graphics, interactive functions, etc., including service marks and logos (" Marks ") associated with Sadiq and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under foreign laws and international conventions. A non-transferable, revocable, limited installation and use license is granted to you for personal use pursuant to these Terms of Service.
During use of the application, you can send text, pictures, and other content (collectively, "Content"). When you post a variety of content, the following must not be sent
A. Contains language or images that may be deemed offensive or are likely to harass, upset, embarrass, warn or annoy any other person
B. Spam, spam, or other advertising without the recipient's consent
C. Rumors, false or misleading information
D. Maltreatment, defamation, or otherwise harassment of individuals or groups
E. Obscene or indecent content
F. Blasphemy, profanity, or anything relating to religion
G. Any illegal activity, including but not limited to terrorism, incitement to racial hatred or the conduct of such activity constitutes a crime in itself
H. Violence, including any act related to death or serious injury
I. Violation of the rights of any third party (including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights) by itself or by its publication
J. May be considered a violation of any law or regulation in your home country
K. You shall not post or link to any malicious code, illegal websites or other content that may threaten network security
L. Other contents that should not be disseminated
We have the right to monitor your actions. If you violate these terms of use, your account will be frozen, suspended, disabled, banned or revoked. Then, any virtual gifts and experience value associated with your account will be frozen, suspended, disabled, banned or revoked. If you breach any of the Terms of Use, you shall protect Sadiq from any third party claims arising out of your breach.

We shall not be liable or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused by your use of the Service.
A. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
B. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties on the agreed matters and other related matters. Neither party shall have any other rights in this Agreement except as provided herein.
C. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work and your intellectual property rights have been infringed, you may notify us of your infringement claims and we will process and investigate the notice of alleged infringement and take appropriate action with respect to any alleged or actual infringement.
